Appointments


  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late, we cannot guarantee you will be seen, although we will always try to fit you in to the best of our ability. 

  • If you can’t make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. 

  • If multiple no shows occur we will have to start taking payment for services upfront. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service and remove from the premises anyone we see fit. Abuse to any member of our staff will not be tolerated.

COVID-19

  • We will be following a strict cleaning process, to ensure the health and safety of our customers. 

  • Please ensure that you turn up wearing a mask and use the hand gel provided at the entrance to sanitise your hands on arrival. 

  • If you are feeling unwell and can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.
